Lucy is an employment lawyer, local councillor and community worker. Anthropologist and accountant by background, she runs a business which finds solutions to employment disputes.
Educated at Durham University and Kingston Law School, Lucy has lived in South London for 20 years. After a city career she set up her own business in 2004, so that she could pursue her political and community interests.
Aged 43, Lucy is married to City Analyst Robin Savage. They have a 7 year old son.
